We act as a one stop shop for companies in the United Kingdom who wish to recruit from other countries. While we mostly work with Healthcare, our areas of expertise include IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Support and Life Science. From 1January 2021, companies will need a sponsor license to sponsor any international(non – UK) employees. Our licensed Solicitors can help you get and maintain a license to sponsor all international employees. We provide a Free Eligibility Assessment through our licensed solicitor partners where we will audit and analyze your current workforce and job types to determine whether you need a sponsorship license. We offer 24/7 support during the license application process and along with our licensed solicitors are also responsible for the compliance check for this license.
We also work with companies who already have a sponsorship license and need our help to find new recruits through our reliable recruitment process.
In some welcome news for the private nursing homes in the country, the government recently announced that senior care workers will now be added under the Shortage Occupation List. This makes it easier for the nursing homes to recruit experienced care assistants from outside the country.
